Though this project is situated in the Hague, its ambitions are universal, it's principal critique is that the crimes which will be tried here are so heinous that there is no possibility of retribution, and so it is the mission of this architecture to seek a space for redemption, not for the criminals that pass through its bowels, but for the afflicted population who enter through its landscape.
